Ouezy (Calvados), the priory church

The commune of Ouézy is attached to that of Cesny-aux-Vignes in 1972. During the 12^th century, the monks of the Abbey of Jumièges founded a priory in Ouezy from which the church was at some distance in the countryside, in a place known as "le clos Saint-Pierre". It is only later that the monks moved the parish to the chapel of Saint-Aubin where it has remained ever since.
