Caen (Calvados), Abbey church of the Holy Trinity (Abbaye-aux-Dames) Capital Last third of the 11th century

A set of small three-lobed palms and beaded stems decorates the corbel of this capital carved in limestone. There is a link between the decoration of this capital and the illuminations of the manuscripts of the Winchester school.
