The sober decoration of this capital carved in limestone consists of a narrow console between two scrolls and a six-pointed star carved in reserve in a circular basin.
The star motif is not in itself original as it is found in abundance in the archivolts of Romanesque portals, but its use on capitals is less common.Dimensions of the object
