Unknown origin Capital First third of the 12th century

This column capital carved in limestone presents a corbel ornamented by a set of plant motifs arranged in vertical registers resting on a twisted astragal. The remaining panel shows a bouquet of stylised small palms, arranged symmetrically. This element is linked to some of the capitals in the Abbaye aux Dames, in Caen (Calvados).
