Church of Sainte-Honorine

The church of St Honorine in Mutrécy is completely Romanesque, with the exception of a combined tower and porch of the 18th century, built at the west end of the nave, and gothic windows. In the walls of the nave and choir are preserved remarkable masonry in herringbone pattern, and some examples of very narrow arched windows. The north doorway is worthy of note with its tympanum in reticulated stonework and its eastern capital portraying figures at prayer.
