Priory chapel of Saint-Pierre

The church of Saint-Pierre in Noron-l’Abbaye is recorded from the 11th century. Its founder Guillaume Pantoul gave it to the abbey of Saint-Evroult, which installed a priory in it, of which the church, which was reconstructed in the second quarter of the 12th century, the "abbot's chamber" which is partly Romanesque, a barn and porch from the late middle ages, and a residence from the 18th century survive. The church which is now disused consists of a nave without special features, and a Romanesque choir with two bays ending in a flat chevet.
