Church of Saint-Martin

Saint-Martin Church was given in 1046-1047 to the abbey of Saint-Wandrille, but the oldest parts of the current monument only date back to the first half of the 12th century.
The most significant Romanesque elements are the square tower on three floors which is crowned by a pyramid of stone and, on the east face, framed by two pairs of buttresses, the portal whose foliage decoration on the capitals has the unusual feature of extending into a frieze on the walls on either side.
In the interior only the arch between the nave and the ante choir is now visible, the rest having disappeared under the panelling.
